We spent two nights here and I was pleasantly surprised by the service - the receptionists provided everything we needed very quickly and on request. When we first arrived, we were put on the first floor. I was tired and didn't realize I could ask for a room change. I was upset because the windows faced a gray wall and the advertised view of the river was almost nonexistent. But the next morning, when I approached the receptionist and asked to be moved, she gave us a room upstairs without any problems, and it had a very beautiful view. The shower had hot water and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The room was really large. We only had breakfast on the first day, and unfortunately, it was quite limited - we arrived at 9am, and fruit, juice, coffee, and most of the dishes were gone by then. Of the vegetarian options, I found some greens and two spoons of dry rice. But the quality of service was also high - when I asked for more yogurt, they gave it to us. We didn't have breakfast the next morning. If I understand correctly, that's The project, which will include several buildings, is currently under active construction, so there are few residents on the premises and it is a rather secluded place.

This is the best hotel ever, the room is very clean I give it a 10/10 ,the staff is wonderful 10/10 ,the food is amazing 10/10 their pho is amazing you will not regret booking this hotel I wish I could stay for longer but my visa won't allow me to. I would highly recommend this spot. Will be coming back whenever I return to Vietnam. I would definitely give them 100/100 it is off the charts. They even have bicycles that you can use while you stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel so if you are ever in Hoi An please give them a try. you will not be disappointed.

I have book this hotel 3 times and it just get better and better, the chef makes amazing dishes you can dine by the water or inside the restaurant. The garden is beautiful it goes along the water side. if you love to fish you don't have to go far, there's a little pier where you can fish and crab. If you have children there's a playground for them to play. The pool is nice and clean with several life jackets for you to wear. it is very safe security is constantly making rounds to make sure everything is okay. I'm a solo traveler that is very important for me. I would definitely recommend 100/100
